Job Title: Registered Home Manager – Nursing Home

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £60,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a service dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory standards while fostering a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and smooth running of the nursing home
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation
• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeingManage budgets and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards

About You

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care
