Data Administration Assistant

Location: Blaenau FfestiniogSalary: £15.38 per hour (£30,000 annually)Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Full TimeContract: 12-Month Temporary Assignment

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Administration Assistant to join our client’s team on a 12-month temporary assignment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of production data, supporting KPI reporting, and maintaining operational systems.

This position would suit candidates with experience in data administration, reporting, finance, or manufacturing environments who are confident analysing data and identifying discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate production figures, scrap data, and weight records within the EVF system.
  • Identify and investigate data inconsistencies to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Compile and distribute production reports to management.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Support management with data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage user access within EVF and QM systems.
  • Ensure the correct application of production time codes.
  • Support general data administration and reporting activities.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and trend identification.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in data administration, reporting, finance administration, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and spot errors.
  • Experience producing and reporting on KPIs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Desirable

  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Background in finance, business analysis, production planning, or operational reporting.
