Job Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Manager and ensure smooth running of the practice, developing efficient management systems for IT, HR, finance, and delegating tasks.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring effective processing of administrative work and liaising with reception and administrative team to achieve local and national KPIs.
- Promote staff development, identify training needs, support appraisal system, and lead reception staff appraisals.
- Supervise reception work, coordinate support services for other team members, manage telephone calls, record messages and take corrective action when needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Reception or customer‑care experience required.
- Understanding of health services, passion for improving care.
- Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work different shifts as required.
