Overview

You’ll lead two front-line teams (circa 10 people) across Godalming and Oxted locations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A coaching mindset with the ability to develop others
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• High levels of discretion and professionalism
• A full UK driving licence
