The Ideal Candidate
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a secondary school environment.
- Are passionate about their subject area and education as a whole.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
- Can motivate and engage learners of varying abilities.
- Are committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
