Job Overview

As a key member of a high‑profile global programme supporting Augmented Delivery, you will help our teams adopt innovative digital solutions across the globe. Your work will enable change rather than merely support it, driving engagement, readiness and adoption to unlock better outcomes across the entire asset lifecycle and make a measurable impact on how we work, collaborate and deliver value.

You will influence change at scale, work with senior stakeholders and leave a lasting mark on a business investing heavily in its digital future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder engagement and influence
  • Change impact assessments and readiness planning
  • Risk and resistance management
  • Communications and engagement strategies
  • Training and learning approaches
  • Go‑to‑market planning and adoption tracking

Qualifications

  • A recognised change management qualification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR®, APMG Change Management)
  • Proven experience applying change management principles within complex transformation or digital change programmes
  • Strong capability in using change metrics, insights and adoption measures to drive outcomes
  • Experience engaging and influencing diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of impact
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across teams and functions
  • Strong organisational awareness and confidence navigating dynamic programme environments
  • A flexible, team‑oriented approach when working with global colleagues and stakeholders
