About the Role
HRGO Recruitment is currently hiring Production Operatives on behalf of a well‑established client in Folkestone.
If you have experience in manufacturing or production and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out line start‑up checks to ensure smooth operations
- Work efficiently on busy production lines
- Perform product changeovers and washdowns
- Monitor and respond to machine alarms
- Order, load, and manage production components
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive, reliable team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
