Requirements
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications.
- Good IT and computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Monitor servers, networks, applications, and backup systems.
- Identify issues and elevate them in line with established procedures.
- Create detailed support tickets within Jira.
- Perform proactive system checks using industry‑leading monitoring tools.
- Log and manage incidents accurately and efficiently.
- Follow operational procedures and processes to a high standard.
- Carry out tape movements and associated operational tasks.
- Produce and distribute daily operational reports.
- Support customer systems and help ensure they remain available, secure, and performing at their best.
- Gain exposure to a range of technologies and platforms, including SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, Control‑M, BMC Patrol, Halcyon, and Windows/server environments.
