Permanent Veterinary Nurse – Mirfield, West Yorkshire

We are recruiting on behalf of a practice in Mirfield for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join the large independent hospital. This role is full or part time with weekends on a rota. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The practice will provide a bright, spacious, and modern environment along with two operating theatres. It will offer a wide variety of veterinary services providing a varied case load.
Who are they looking for
The mixed practice is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic veterinary nurse and someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills. The nurse will embrace all aspects of the role and enjoy clinical nursing, in patient care and surgical nursing. They will be passionate about their work and have a positive attitude.
They will work well as part of a large team and share in the practices ethos of providing a supporting environment to each other. They will have a friendly and down to earth manner and be able to work well under pressure and work both independently and as part of a team. They will have an empathetic attitude and be able to build strong client relationships.
They are open to applications from both experienced and newly qualified RVNs as they have plenty of support in place
