Responsibilities
- Providing direct care and support to children and young people
- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well‑being of children in the home
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Supporting children to attend appointments and activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation using IT systems
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications
- Level3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a residential setting
- Hold a Level3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to a vehicle insured for business use
- Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and child‑centred care
- Be confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team
