Independent Living & Housing Support Officer (Fixed Term)

BRC Jobs is seeking a compassionate Housing Support Worker based in Caerphilly. In this full-time role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals living in their own homes and within the community.

Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with budgeting, maintaining tenancies, and encouraging access to educational and community opportunities. A full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS are required.
