We’re working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking for an Internal Sales & Commercial Coordinator to join their supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team.

There’s no sales or cold calling involved – instead, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting existing customer accounts, processing orders, managing details through internal systems, and helping things flow seamlessly between departments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the link between customers, account managers, and internal teams – making sure everything runs on time and to a high standard
  • Processing orders, checking details, and keeping accurate records in company systems
  • Managing stock, prices, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer service
  • Supporting Account Managers with quotes, costings, and customer information
  • Working closely with planning, design, and accounts to keep projects on track
  • Taking ownership of your workload and supporting your teammates when needed.

  • Confident using systems and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
