Senior Merchandiser – Accessories

Overview

We are partnering with an established fashion retailer seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead its accessories category. The role is central to driving performance and supporting ambitious international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full‑price accessories department, driving sales and improving processes.
• Lead a team of Assistant Merchandisers and influence trading decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Buying to maximise commercial opportunities across the category.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Merchandiser or a high‑performing Merchandiser with a strong track record in fashion accessories.
• Commercially minded, confident in a fast‑paced trading environment, and comfortable operating with manual systems.
• Experience with an aspirational or premium fashion brand is highly advantageous.
