What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead by Example: Supervise and support the transport team, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and high performance.
• Operational Excellence: Plan and manage vehicle routing, tracking, and maintenance to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of safety and legal compliance.
• Drive Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and boost performance.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop your team, providing the tools and support they need to thrive.

What Were Looking For:

• A confident leader with experience in fast-paced logistics environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A valid National or International CPC qualification.
• Solid understanding of transport and network planning, particularly in multi-drop operations.
