Parts & Retail Manager – Framlingham Branch
We are looking for a keen and driven Parts & Retail Manager to embrace the management of the existing parts team at our Framlingham branch, based in Suffolk. This key role is part of a professional team that thrives on working together to provide the best support to our customers. Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall efficient running of the Parts Department, including the showroom and goods inward area, its staff, and overall departmental profitability, as well as maintaining effective and accurate communication between customers and the Parts team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver support to internal Sales and Service Departments, major key accounts, customers and trade partners.
- Manage showroom operations and goods inward area.
- Lead and develop the parts team.
- Maintain departmental profitability and targets.
- Ensure effective communication with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience and good knowledge of Agricultural and Groundcare products and parts.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and to multitask efficiently.
- Proactive and methodical approach to problem solving.
- Discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Hours & Contract
- 42.5 hours per week (8:00am to 5:30pm Monday‑Friday, 1‑hour unpaid lunch). Saturdays may be required per rota and during peak times.
- Permanent, full‑time, salaried position.
