Job Description:

Pickfords are looking for a dynamic Move Manager who is passionate about customer service and has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. This role requires at least two years of customer service experience, and offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a well‑established company.

Key responsibilities of our Move Manager will be to:

  • Serve as the single customer contact throughout the customer journey.
  • Understand the customers’ needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Maximise sales opportunity and upsell products and services.
  • Work to company and legal standards when processing documentation.
  • Handle all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times, working to KPIs and ensuring targets are met.
  • Take part in team meetings and briefings when planned.
  • Problem‑solve effectively.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team.
  • Perform other duties as required.
