Express Recruitment’s Legal division are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded independent law firm, who are seeking a qualified solicitor to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will work in one of the largest and most established Commercial Property teams in the East Midlands, which has built an excellent reputation for advising prominent regional businesses and household-name clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a salary of up to c£70,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a discretionary tax-free annual bonus, private medical cover, hybrid working options and clear progression prospects including the potential of becoming a Partner.
Responsibilities
- Managing and/or assisting with a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Supporting on landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, licences and associated documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high standards of client care
- Working closely with senior members of the Commercial Property team to develop technical expertise and confidence
- Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the department
- Ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk management procedures and professional standards
