Leisure Club Manager

Role Overview

In this role you will support the General Manager with Health & Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the Leisure facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with Health & Safety and ensure the smooth running of leisure facilities.
• Assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business.
• Coach and push the team to achieve targets.
• Keep the membership base enticed and engaged by ensuring regular interaction and activities with existing members.
• Coordinate a calendar of wellness activities, including healthy lunches, wellbeing walks, pay day treats and an annual #HealthyHabits campaign.
• Provide employees with access to the Employee Assistance Programme, which offers free confidential advice 24/7 for you and your family, supporting physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

Working Hours & Schedule

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – offering flexibility. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
