Lead a Major Residential Development in Dorset

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a prestigious new-build residential development in Poole.

We’re looking for a driven, hands‑on professional who can hit the ground running and oversee the successful delivery of the electrical package from installation through to final commissioning and handover. This is a high‑profile project offering excellent day rates, a strong site team, and the potential for a longer‑term engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing all electrical works on a large‑scale residential development
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure programme targets are achieved
• Coordinating labour, materials, procurement, and project schedules
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and principal contractors
• Ensuring all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Attending progress meetings and driving project performance
• Overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing electrical packages on residential or large‑scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Relevant electrical qualifications
• JIB‑ECS and SMSTS preferred
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
