Looking to work on some of the UK’s most complex and technically challenging data centre projects? I’m working with a globally recognised engineering consultancy that’s continuing to invest in its Data Centre & Mission Critical team. They’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Bristol office and play a key role in delivering hyperscale and colocation projects for some of the world’s largest operators.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering mechanical design on major data centre and mission critical projects
• Working across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction support and commissioning
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
• Working directly with clients and key project stakeholders

What they’re looking for

• Mechanical or Building Services Engineering background
• Experience within data centres or other mission critical environments
• Chartered Engineer or actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and critical infrastructure systems
