Field Service Engineer

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8-5pm, Friday 8-4pm (39 hrs per week)

Flexible start times and finish times will be required due to travel.

Over nights stays will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travelling to site to inspect/repair to a high standard, national coverage.
• Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated.
• Reporting any difficulties and service updates.
• Recording work carried out and next steps.
• All work undertaken in line with H&S procedures.
• Good and efficient communication with internal teams, installers and site contact.

Role Requirements:

• Full UK driving Licence.
• Minimum age of twenty-one to be able to drive company vans (Due to company Fleet Insurance).
• Previous Experience as a Fenestration Service Engineer. (preferably with experience in both manufacturing and fitting of UPVC window frames and doors).
• Ability to learn new products and manufacturing processes.
