Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a respected professional services organisation to recruit an Executive Support Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and driven professional to join a busy team and provide essential support to senior leadership while contributing to the wider effectiveness of the organisation.

Working closely with the senior management team, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating priorities, improving communication flow and ensuring important business activities are delivered efficiently. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing competing demands and taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities.

The role:

The Executive Support Coordinator will provide a blend of senior administrative support, business coordination and operational assistance. You will work as a trusted support function to leadership, helping to organise key activities, maintain effective processes and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to Directors and senior stakeholders across a range of business activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and key engagements, ensuring effective planning and preparation.
  • Prepare professional documentation including reports, presentations, meeting materials and internal communications.
  • Support the delivery of business projects by monitoring actions, timelines and key milestones.
  • Coordinate information flow between leadership teams, colleagues and external contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure important documentation is managed appropriately.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal meetings, events and business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day business activity by managing requests, priorities and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and appropriate discretion.

Experience/skillset required:

  • Previous experience in an executive support, business support, office coordination or similar role.
  • Strong ability to organise workloads, manage priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging across all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Good commercial awareness with an interest in supporting wider business objectives.
  • Strong IT capability, including proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
