Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to join our team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker you will work in our accommodation‑based services in Cambridge, providing housing‑related support to adults experiencing mental illness. You will act as a keyworker, encourage positive and healthy lifestyles, and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide housing‑related support to adults experiencing mental illness in Cambridge accommodation‑based services.
  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles.
  • Assist individuals to develop skills for independent living.
  • Work closely with partners across the county and take a multi‑agency approach to reach positive outcomes.
  • Record paperwork accurately in the internal IT system.
  • Make decisions aimed at supporting people to achieve their goals and create positive outcomes.
