Responsibilities
- Manage and process learner enrolments, including changes such as transfers and withdrawals.
- Input and maintain accurate timetabling data in collaboration with curriculum teams.
- Ensure register sets are accurate to support attendance monitoring.
- Use data quality tools (e.g. PDSAT, SCORE) to identify and resolve data issues.
- Support preparation and submission of ILR data, ensuring it is error‑free and compliant.
- Assist with audits by collating evidence and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate ULN/PLR data and support funding compliance.
- Build strong working relationships with curriculum teams to ensure timely data collection.
- Support HE administration, exams processes, and learner destination data collection.
- Be part of a supportive and collaborative team and play a vital role in delivering high‑quality education services.

Qualifications
- Experience working with high volumes of data and resolving discrepancies.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Experience in an education or college environment.
- Understanding of enrolment, admissions, and ILR processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience within an MIS/Exams team.
- Familiarity with UNIT‑e or other FE MIS systems.
- Knowledge of funding methodologies and audit requirements.
- Understanding of timetabling and resource allocation.
