Responsibilities
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support daily routines (meals, medication prompts, housekeeping)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Carry out regular wellbeing checks
- Follow care plans, company policies, and procedures
- Work collaboratively within a supportive care team
Qualifications
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
- Kind, dependable, and positive approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Willing to complete relevant background checks
- Own vehicle required
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Class1 Business Insurance
