Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall testing strategy, plans, schedules, and resources for SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Dual Run testing.
- Lead end-to-end test execution, ensuring complete validation of business processes, system integrations, APIs, and data quality.
- Manage integration testing across internal, external, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end business workflows.
- Establish and govern the Test Management Office (TMO), including quality metrics, test reporting, and release readiness reviews.
- Own the complete defect lifecycle, including defect triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure test environments, test data, and business validation activities are available and aligned with release plans and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business, technology, program teams, and vendors to manage risks, provide status reporting, and support Go‑Live decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, including 5+ years leading large transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, Integration, and API testing across complex enterprise applications.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM, test data management, and environment management.
- Proven ability to lead large testing teams, manage multiple vendors, and deliver end‑to‑end testing successfully.
- Excellent planning, stakeholder management, communication, governance, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience in the Utilities/Energy domain, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and test automation is preferred.
- ISTQB certification and experience with UK Utilities or Dual Run programs will be an added advantage.
