Role Overview
Sales Executive – Industrial Commercial Services (ICS Division). This field based role involves regular travel and full ownership of the sales cycle across Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target and win new industrial services business
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Deliver client meetings, presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
Qualifications
- Proven B2B new business sales experience
- Experience in Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a proactive “hunter” mindset
- Commercially aware and results focused
- Self motivated with good time management
- Full clean B driving licence
Working Conditions
Hours: Monday to Friday. Employment type: Full time. Department: Sales. Reporting to: Local Sales Manager. Location: Northern Ireland.
