Role Overview

Sales Executive – Industrial Commercial Services (ICS Division). This field based role involves regular travel and full ownership of the sales cycle across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and win new industrial services business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver client meetings, presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B new business sales experience
  • Experience in Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target driven with a proactive “hunter” mindset
  • Commercially aware and results focused
  • Self motivated with good time management
  • Full clean B driving licence

Working Conditions

Hours: Monday to Friday. Employment type: Full time. Department: Sales. Reporting to: Local Sales Manager. Location: Northern Ireland.
