Due to continued portfolio growth, our client is seeking to appoint a Principal Surveyor to join their expanding in‑house Estates team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to shape and influence a diverse and evolving property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will span acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and tenancy management, rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as handling dilapidations and broader landlord and tenant matters, alongside general estate management and property strategy. At Principal level, you will also assume a leadership role, providing guidance and support to a team of property professionals while taking responsibility for more complex instructions, including valuations, asset strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
