Compensation: $80/hr – $90/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze 3rd-party and in-house clinical applications for transition planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and application cutovers
- Interface with both technical and clinical stakeholders to align objectives
- Plan, document, and manage risks and dependencies across multiple systems
- Drive decision-making around application hosting, migration, or decommission
- Ensure go-live readiness for a June 2026 system-wide cutover
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience supporting healthcare-related M&A or transition initiatives
- Familiarity with Epic integrations or 3rd-party application migrations
- Background with clinical applications (not purely technical projects)
- Ability to communicate with influence and clarity across multiple levels
- PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus
- Experience with Health systems is a bonus
