We are recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our team at National Neurological Services – Rochdale. The role supports people with Acquired Brain Injuries and other neurological conditions during rehabilitation, helping them regain independence.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, including eating support and medication administration.
• Plan and participate in days out and other activities the residents wish to enjoy.
• Support individuals to become as independent as possible.

• Caring attitude with passion for supporting others and motivation to help them achieve goals.
• Team player, able to work effectively with colleagues.
• Resilience to keep going at difficult times and ability to seek support when needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
