What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Helping children access learning both inside and outside the classroom
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs and other additional needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- Experience working with children or young people
- SEN, care, youth work, mentoring or support work experience
- A calm, patient and positive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children to thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
