Responsibilities
- Drive growth and market share at all times
- Deliver a service that creates Raving Fans
- Oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process
- Promote the office within the local community
- Support and promote the maximisation of referrals across businesses
- Measure results, report on KPIs and budget performance, driving sales to maximise market share
- Build, manage, and lead an effective branch team
- Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan
- Analyze and problem‑solve issues with team and senior managers to drive deal value, market share and results
- Create a positive and proactive working environment within the branch
- Represent and promote the company’s core beliefs
- Be open, honest and act with integrity at all times
- Ensure health and safety of all colleagues and ensure reporting compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures
Essential Skills
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an estate agency at a senior negotiator, property valuer, or higher position
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and colleagues
- Ability to create and act on business plans relevant to your branch
- Ability to monitor and assess the performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
- Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
