Duties as Year 3/5 Teacher

• Planning and delivering high‑quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

Ideal Year 3/5 Teacher

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
• Is committed to raising attainment and pupil engagement
• Has a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
