Now Hiring: Chill Operatives – Join Our Team in Cullompton!

Are you looking for consistent, hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment? Have experience in a cold store or chill environment? We want to hear from you!

We’re recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Cullompton for ongoing positions. We require Operatives to be able to work specific days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Ideally you will be able to drive due to the finishing time.

Shift Pattern

• Nights 18:00 – 02:45

Key Responsibilities

• Pick milk products accurately using voice‑pick technology
• Picking, packing, and wrapping
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
• Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
• Report any trailer defects or stock issues

Qualifications

• Cold store/chilled warehouse experience (preferred)
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Motivated, positive, and proactive

Pay Rates (Weekly Pay)

• Night Pay – £13.84 per hour
