Loadpoint is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Manual Universal Grinder who wants more than just a job. If you are a setter/operator with a passion for craftsmanship and an interest in progressing into CNC Grinding this is an ideal opportunity.
You will be joining a specialist team producing prototype and small batch components for our in‑house designed Air Bearing Solutions. Expect variety with universal, cylindrical, internal and surface grinding across a wide range of materials, all to tight tolerances. A role where precision and quality genuinely matter.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience in manual grinding across varied materials
- Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ability to work independently after initial training
- A keen eye for precision and quality
- Enthusiasm to grow your skills into CNC Grinding
