Deputy Team Manager- Children In Care Team- BANES -PART TIME

Social Worker required to join as an Deputy Team Manager within the Children in Care Team based in Keynsham, historic county of Bath and North-East Somerset.

We are offering an exciting opportunity with excellent compensation of up to £38‑40 per hour on a 3‑month contract, with potential for extension. The role is 22.5 hours per week (3 days) and expects an office‑based presence in Keynsham at least two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Manager in the operational management of the LAC/CIC team
• Provide high‑quality supervision, guidance and support to Social Workers
• Oversee care planning, permanence planning and pathway planning
• Promote stability, permanence and positive outcomes for children in care
• Support quality assurance and performance management within the team

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to an own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
