Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
• Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Provide expert advice to customers about products, their origins and benefits, recommending items that suit individual needs and lifestyles.
• Engage customers proactively and create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the 2,000+ products and their ethical sourcing to enhance customer recommendations.
