What the role entails
Support Workers will provide compassionate, high‑quality care and support across a range of care settings, working flexible, regular shifts that fit around your lifestyle.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum 150 hours of UK care experience
- An in‑date DBS or DBS Update Service registration
- Mandatory training certificates (practical and online, verifiable)
- A genuine passion for supporting others

Compliance Requirements

- Two recent utility bills (within 3 months)
- DBS certificate
- Mandatory training certificates
Referral Bonus
- £50 for Care Worker (SW – HCA) referrals
- £200 for RGN referrals
