HGV C / Refuse Driver – Class 2

Location: Stoke-on-Trent ST1 area

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle checks before starting the round.
• Drive the team of loaders who are collecting bins.
• Head to the tip once maximum weight is reached.
• Report any issues and complete all relevant paperwork.

Minimum Requirements

• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• Valid FULL UK HGV C Driving Licence.
• Methodical mind-set.
• Positive attitude towards completing tasks to high quality.
• 5 years of full work history.
• PPE: Safety Boots and Hi-Visible Jacket provided.

Pay rate: £13.91 per hour PAYE, paid weekly. Raising to £15.36 per hour.

Statutory deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 06:15 – 15:00

Friday: 06:15 – 14:30

Destinations: Stoke – Stoke-on-Trent
