Wide Format Print & Graphics Production Technician

THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and high-performing Wide Format Print & Graphics Production Technician to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for producing high-quality printed graphics, operating industry-leading equipment and ensuring every output meets the standards expected in elite motorsport environments. You will work closely with artworkers and installers to maintain a seamless workflow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate wide format print equipment (HP Latex, Epson or similar) to a high standard
• Manage print workflow using RIP software (Onyx), ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Produce and finish graphics including cutting, weeding, laminating and trimming
• Prepare graphics for installation ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain equipment and monitor print quality
• Work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Collaborate closely with design and installation teams
• Maintain a clean and organised production environment
• Take ownership of output quality

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3–4+ years’ experience in wide format print production
• Proven experience operating HP, Epson or similar print equipment
• Experience using RIP software (Onyx or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for print preparation and file handling
• Strong understanding of materials, finishing processes and production workflows
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience within vehicle graphics or wrapping environments
• Basic installation knowledge
• Experience in high-performance production environments
• Understanding of colour management
