About the Role
Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading contractor to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an office-based role, managing the delivery of multiple live sites while reporting into a Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing project performance, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery across refurbishment and fit-out schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple live construction projects from an office base
- Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance across sites
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Report project progress to the Senior Project Manager
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
- Monitor and resolve any project issues or risks
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with specifications and standards
Requirements
- Experience working within a Tier 1 or leading main contractor environment
- Background in refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
- Proven experience independently managing projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and develop
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Must be based within 30 minutes of Leeds
