As a Digital Change Manager in our Digital Services team, you’ll ensure digital initiatives are not just delivered but fully adopted and embedded into the business – creating lasting impact and measurable value. You’ll play a key role in shaping how change lands across our organisation, helping colleagues embrace new ways of working. This is a brand-new role with real visibility and influence. You’ll work across a wide range of initiatives spanning multiple sectors, partnering closely with delivery and business teams to drive adoption, overcome resistance, and ensure change sticks. From early impact analysis through to post‑go‑live adoption, you’ll own the end‑to‑end change journey – bringing energy, resilience, and a sharp focus on outcomes.
