TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Grays that is seeking to appoint a Primary Teacher for Key Stage 1. This Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school is committed to developing the whole child through a nurturing and ambitious environment, supported by outstanding personal development and behaviour provision.

The school is looking to appoint a full‑time, permanent Primary Teacher from September 2026. The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning within Key Stage 1, creating engaging learning experiences and maintaining high expectations for achievement, behaviour and pupil wellbeing.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  • Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • The ability to motivate and inspire young learners
  • A reflective and collaborative approach to teaching and learning
