Behaviour Mentors – Full‑time
Location: SEMH school, HackneyStart: September 2026Pay: £80 – £95 per day
Responsibilities
Provide 1‑to‑1 and small‑group support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Work with students attending the pupil referral unit who have been permanently excluded from mainstream settings, helping them to improve emotional well‑being and learning progress.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates have a background in youth work or sports coaching. You should maintain high expectations, demonstrate a positive and resilient approach, build relationships, and de‑escalate challenging situations.
Contract Details
Short‑term contract commencing September 2026. This is a temporary, contract‑based position.
