Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics design
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of projects
- Resident in the UK for at least 5 years
- Start‑up or scale‑up experience, particularly in fast‑paced R&D environments
- Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior engineers
- RF design for wireless communication and telemetry systems
- High‑speed digital design (e.g. onboard processing, data handling for sensors/cameras)
- Low‑speed analogue systems (e.g. sensor interfacing, power monitoring)
- Board bring‑up and hardware validation for embedded systems
- Embedded Software skills, C/C++/Rust
- Power supply design, particularly for battery‑powered or energy‑efficient UAV platforms
