Enterprise Application Manager

Required Skills

• Proven experience in senior applications management or IT leadership roles
• Strong technical expertise in enterprise ecosystems such as ERP, PLM, BI, SaaS platforms, integration technologies, Atlassian tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or ServiceNow
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence across matrixed organizations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and project delivery skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or production environments, including secure or classified settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Extensive experience in enterprise applications management, ideally in a complex or regulated environment
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards within enterprise systems

Other Requirements

• UK citizenship is essential and a minimum of SC clearance active
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA
• No relocation assistance provided; hybrid working model in Cheltenham or London
