Position
Temporary Position until 31 March 2028, EVH Grade 5: PA13–PA16.
Salary: £31,792 – £35,332.
Property Factoring Assistant to join the Corporate Services Team.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Property Factoring Service and ensure owners receive responsive, compliant, and customer‑focused service.
- Provide high‑quality administrative, financial and customer service support to factored owners.
- Manage enquiries, repairs, billing, debt recovery and compliance tasks accurately and professionally.
- Maintain well‑managed estates, positive owner relationships and consistent service standards across all factored properties.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate Services, Housing Management and Asset Management teams.
- Effectively manage own workload while communicating confidently with colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in housing, property management, letting or factoring services.
- Organised, confident communicator capable of managing own workload.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory responsibilities within property factoring.
