Overview
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
As a Sr. Project Manager at Honeywell, you will oversee and execute projects to drive successful outcomes for our clients. You will report to the Program Manager and work from the United Kingdom, Manchester location.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Support Sales in estimation of proposals to create win-win outcomes.
- Control costs, reduce overruns, and improve project margins using productivity tools and low-cost resources.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations; manage project documentation including charters, schedules, and reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel and Honeywell teams (administrators, engineering, sales, supply chain, leadership).
- Manage day-to-day customer concerns, including corrective actions, ensuring satisfactory completion for all parties; identify and escalate non-project issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
