IKEA Oxford Street are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our hardworking team.

  • 30 hours per week (5 days per week including evenings and working 3 out of 4 weekends).

What You’ll Need to Have

  • Previous food and customer service experience is beneficial, but we consider candidates ready to be actively involved.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑reliance and motivation, ready to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain organised and detail‑orientated, even when busy.
  • Compliance with health and safety guidelines – 18 years of age or older.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant, and work behind the scenes to prepare food.
  • Work customer‑focused, listening, acting, and exceeding expectations every day.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both customers and co‑workers.
  • Support colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team.
