Location: Various locations across the UK. Job Type: Self-Employed / Freelance. Working Pattern: 4–5 days per week (9:00am–6:00pm). Minimum Earning Potential: £230+ per day.

Responsibilities
As a Property Surveyor, you will visit residential properties to carry out a variety of surveying and inspection tasks while delivering a professional service to homeowners. You will work independently, manage your own workload and communicate confidently with clients.
Training & Accreditation
Successful applicants must complete a government‑recognised accreditation, which typically takes as little as 3–5 days. Candidates are required to fund the accreditation themselves; the full cost will be reimbursed after completing 12 months working with us.
Requirements
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have completed A-Levels or an equivalent qualification as a minimum
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a clean DBS check
- Have access to a reliable vehicle and a full UK driving licence
- Be professional, reliable, well‑presented and confident at communicating
- Be able to work independently and manage their own workload
- Hold the relevant right to work in the UK
Earnings & Career Progression
- Minimum earnings of £230+ per day
- Typical working pattern of 4–5 days per week
- First‑year earning potential exceeding £50,000
- Second‑year earning potential exceeding £65,000, subject to performance
